Unleashing Innovation for Customer & Partner Success

Every year, I look forward to our Enabling Innovation conference, where we connect with our customers, partners and the broader construction community. But this year, I was genuinely amazed by the depth of innovation coming from our networkespecially how our customers and partners are pushing the boundaries of what Kahua’s project management software solution can do.

With the 2024 theme being "Building Beyond the Box," that level of ingenuity was quite appropriate when our customers and partners took the stage last week to discuss their successes. They brilliantly shared how they’re leveraging Kahua to solve complex problems to transform their businesses and deliver immense value.

Creative Innovation in Analytics and Asset-Centric Approaches
One standout example came from a company K2who presented their collaboration with a federal organization tasked with the safety of transportation systems. They are adapting our solution to help manage a huge number of assets which provide incredible value to the agency. We also saw other customers present on our asset-centric approach, showing how they’re using it to maximize value in ways we hadn’t fully envisioned.

Another area that truly blew me away was how far along we are with Kahua Analytics. A year ago, only a few customers had started using our analytics tools, but now, seeing their range of applicationsboth internally and externallywas astounding. It’s not that I’m surprised by what our products can do; however, seeing varying innovative approaches and how quickly and effectively customers have adopted these tools to drive real, measurable outcomes was inspiring.

What stood out to me is how personalized these solutions have become. With Kahua Analytics, it’s not just a one-size-fits-all dashboard. Each customer is setting up their analytics to suit their unique needs, creating seamless, easy-to-use systems that deliver the exact information they need, when they need it. The time and cost savings are clear.

Affirmation of Our Direction
This progress has affirmed something important for us: Kahua is on the right path. Our focus on data analytics and asset centric project management is more critical than ever. The success stories we heard at the conference only reinforce the need to double down on these areas, pushing even further to innovate and support our customers.

One of my favorite memories from the week was a powerful presentation from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, to whom Kahua provides construction project management solutions for their healthcare facilities. The creativity and execution were simply top-notch. It was rewarding to see how different organizationswhether it’s K2, VA or Floor & Decorare using the same tools in radically different ways, all to equally great effect.

As we move into the next year, it’s clear where our priorities lie. We’ll continue to enhance our offerings, ensuring they remain the best tools out there for our customers. I’m more excited than ever about what’s aheadand I’m grateful to our community for showing us the incredible possibilities.

Thank you to everyone who made this year’s Enabling Innovation conference such a success by presenting, listening and engaging. Together, we’re not just building projects – we’re building the future of project management information systems.
