• Migration from other systems takes careful planning with system owners for field
mapping, timelines, technical coordination and other issues
• Consider the volume of projects to be migrated and if they are all necessary to be
migrated
• Communicate clear deadlines for when the other systems must stop being used
• If feasible, let existing projects finish in existing system; start up new projects in
Kahua
