Leadership Engagement
• Ensure there's a strong connection between the project team and senior leadership
• Form an executive steering committee
• Hold regular briefings with internal leadership
• Set up recurring touch points with Kahua and Agency leadership
• Senior Leadership sponsors should ideally be consistent during the full
implementation life cycle. Variations in leadership can cause coordination and user
expectation challenges when dealing with an expansive user base.
