Mike Briggs brings over 30 years of experience in the built environment, dedicated to closing information gaps in the AEC industry. At UPS, he led operations, maintenance, compliance, and construction, pioneering cost automation methods. As COO of a global real estate firm, he saw how poor information hindered decisions, driving him to co-found Beam in 2015. Partnering with Kahua, he advanced solutions for data collection across all project types. In 2024, he launched Ritehouse Services, combining craft-focused projects with decades of industry expertise.
