During his tenure as the Chief Information Officer at the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA), Manny spearheaded a digital-first revolution over ten transformative years. He drove change leadership and digital transformation, enhancing government efficiency through innovative tech solutions and laying the groundwork for the next wave of AI applications.
